My name is Hidayet, and for over ten years, I have taught English to Bengali-speaking students — in classrooms, in living rooms, and now, online to learners across the world.
I didn't start Hidayet English Academy to build a business. I started it because I kept meeting the same student, again and again: brilliant, hardworking, full of ideas — and terrified to say a single sentence in English out loud.
Not because they didn't know the grammar. Often, they knew it better than I did at their age. They were terrified because no one had ever told them that mistakes are how fluency is built, not something to be ashamed of.
That's the promise behind everything we do here: no student is ever made to feel small for trying.
